Emerald Spirits
Emerald Spirits came around as an exercise in just working sort of free-hand with the palette knife. Two spirits in the image appeared to me and gave me cause to look back towards them over and over during a period of weeks early in 2010. I consider the image worthy of display as an example of what the somewhat stream-of-consciousness style of painting may produce. It’s a reminder to keep one’s eyes open, I think.
